Este mueble se adapta a cada ambiente, desde la sala hasta la cocina, pasando por el baño y llegando al dormitorio. La distribución de los departamentos está pensada para favorecer la ventilación cruzada, permitiendo abrirse tanto hacia la fachada norte (zona de estar) como hacia la sur (dormitorio). Cada departamento se ilumina con luz natural gracias a un amplio patio interior, que además promueve un espacio común para fomentar la interacción entre los residentes. Estructura y Envoltura: Concebimos esta sección desde los cimientos estructurales del proyecto, con una triple intención: sistematizar (mediante un orden modular), proteger (en términos climáticos) y sustentar (a través de un techo solar). Siguiendo estas premisas, creamos dos envolturas independientes: una exterior, que proporciona protección solar y sirve como base para los paneles solares; y otra interior, que preservamos del edificio existente. La envoltura exterior se compone de lamas estructurantes, dispuestas a cierta distancia de la fachada interior para controlar la luz y crear un espacio de aire entre las fachadas. Además, estas lamas actúan como soporte fundamental para la estructura superior de los paneles solares. Circulación: El edificio cuenta con dos accesos igualmente importantes, uno en el lado norte y otro en el sur. Esta consideración nos llevó a centralizar el acceso desde ambos frentes en una pieza articuladora y a atravesarla con un amplio eje central en dirección este-oeste, el cual se extiende en la parte central del edificio. Esta disposición nos permite mejorar y optimizar la circulación, evitando desplazamientos excesivos. Zócalo-Patio: El zócalo preexistente se reconfigura para formar una plataforma integral que fusiona el espacio exterior con el programa interior. Se colocan elementos alineados en la fachada oeste con especies de hoja caduca, lo que permite proteger del sol en verano y aprovechar su paso en invierno. Además de esta función climática, se valora la calidad visual que la naturaleza aporta al usuario.5. Programa Interior: La disposición programática se orienta hacia la maximización de la relación entre los espacios de trabajo y la luz natural. Para ello, las amplias zonas diáfanas, tanto formales como informales, se diseñan para favorecer la amplitud y la iluminación natural. Estas áreas de trabajo se intercalan con espacios cerrados que definen y guían los diferentes usos y flujos, como despachos individuales, salas de reuniones de diversos tamaños, servicios, archivos, sala de conferencias y talleres.
